Welcome to Aviators Albatross Getaway
This family townhome is loaded with ammenities for all of your guests to enjoy and to make your stay joyous including Air Conditioning. There is a large family living room gathering area with lots of cozy seating and a large 65" TV for your enjoyment. The dining area boasts plenty of seating for making memories. The oversized large patio area overlooks the greens and truly lends the canvas for taking in those warm summer days while providing entertainment as the golfers mastermind the greens on the McCall Golf Course. There are two levels; the main floor hosts one queen size bedroom, while the 2nd floor hosts an open loft area bunk room (one twin/one double) and a primary king suite with a private deck for enjoyment. There are two bathrooms, one on the main floor/laundry room with a stand alone shower, and on the 2nd floor a full size jetted tub with a stand alone shower and dual vanity. All bedrooms have tv's for your enjoyment in addition, comforable beds, all new linens, pillow and lots of throws for added comfort.
Walking distance is Banyans on the greens, where travelers can gather for meals either inside or outdoors on the deck, or you can pick up some golf clubs and engage in a round. There are endless walking trails around the property to enjoy.
There is one small car garage for use, in addition two full spaces out front to park your vehicles. (2) Vehicles total at all times, with no street parking available. Ponderosa state park is 1 mile away, downtown and the lake are 3 miles close.
There is a fireplace that is currently not up to code and will be replaced at some point during the later part of winter 2024. Currently it is not operable, therefore not in use. We will announce once we have a new firplace installed.

Notes
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. Very Strict Quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Zero Tolerance "No Party house" environment allowed in this community.
Each rental property includes a guest book with information and recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us directly.

This home does not honor a pet policy.
Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from the rental without a refund and eviction.

We will always do our best to offer all our amenities listed, but at times this is out of our hands and we can not give any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.

4 wheel drive highly recommended in the Winter. We are not responsible for any winter storm situations such as power outages, road closures etc.

Vacation Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
1. At the time of Booking, these Terms & Conditions take effect.
2. Check In/Check Out. Renter may check-in to the Property after 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on the Arrival Date, and Renter must check-out of the property no later than 11:00 am MST on the Departure Date.
3. Non-Smoking Property. Smoking is prohibited. Evidence of smoking shall incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 and may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and eviction of Renter.
4. Credit Card and Damage Waiver Protection $79.00
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee ($79.00). The Damage Waiver covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
5. Payment of Rent.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent due, including taxes, damage waiver, cleaning fee and pet fee, if any, is due at the time of booking the reservation, if the reservation is booked within 30 days of the Arrival Date, then 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
5. Payment of Rent.
50% Rental Fee: [50%] Due by: [at the time of booking]. If within 30 days prior to arrival then 100% of the fees will be collected. Otherwise, the remaining 50% is due: [50%] Due by: [30 days prior to arrival date].
6. Cancellations.
(a) In the event the Renter cancels the reservation more than 31 days prior to the Arrival Date, a full refund will be honored but will be charged for credit card processing/fees.
(b) In the event the Renter cancels the reservation 30-15 days before the Arrival Date, a 50% refund will be honored of the daily rate, and Renter will be refunded for the damage waiver/cleaning fee/linen fee, but will be charged for credit card processing/fees.
(c) If Renter cancels 13 days before Arrival Date, no refunds will be honored.
7. Maximum Occupancy.
The guest shall not at anytime surpass the city mandated maximum occupancy.
8. No Daily Maid Service; unless arranged prior to your stay.
(a) Daily maid service shall not be provided at the property, however it is available upon request no later than seven days prior to the Arrival Date for an additional charge.
(b) Towels and linens provided at the property must be kept inside and shall not be taken outside of the property. Spa/Beach Towels are provided during summer season.
10. Appropriate Age and Use of Premises. (a) Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense including false statements regarding the age of Renter will result in a forfeiture of any advance payments, including Security Deposit and Rental Fee.
(b) In the event that MIVR becomes aware of excessive noise or inappropriate conduct occurring at the property, MIVR shall notify Renter of it. If after one notification, Renter and any other guests staying at or visiting continue to engage in excessive noise or inappropriate conduct then MIVR shall have the right to terminate Renter’s stay immediately and retain the full amount of the Rental Fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event MIVR becomes aware of illegal conduct, this Agreement may be terminated immediately and MIVR shall retain the full amount of the Rental Payments.
11. Parking. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, applicable fines/towing fees, and such fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
12. Written Modifications Only. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by MIVR and Renter.
13. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction. The parties hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by Idaho Law and shall be decided solely and exclusively by courts located in Valley County, Idaho.
14. Fireplaces. Many rental units have a fireplace. Please use caution when using this fireplace and ask if you need any instructions or assistance. Do not leave the fireplace running overnight or unattended.
15. Road Conditions and Storm Policy. MIVR shall not issue any refunds of any amounts due or paid under this Agreement on account of storms or bad travel conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy, steep and slick throughout the winter. The property driveway is maintained throughout the winter.
16. Indemnification. The property is privately owned. McCall Idaho Vacation Rentals, LLC and the owner(s) of the property shall not be responsible or liable by reason of any damage or injury to property or person arising out of Renter’s use of the property, including any liability for injury to the person or property of Renter, Renter’s agents or Renter’s invitees. Renter agrees to hold MIVR and the owner of the property harmless and to indemnify them from any claims for damages or injuries that arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or that are caused by Renter or any of Renter’s agents, invitees, or pets.
