With Payette Lake as your mainstage, Payette Lakefront Escape is the perfect summer family getaway vacation destination.  Enjoy the private beach area, kayaks, a swim step, an ambient firepit and with a plethora of outdoor furnishing available including use of the bbq grill, and smoker your summertime fun awaits!  

Enjoy Payette Lakes magical serenity during those peaceful summer days with floor to ceiling windows all throughout the home emitting an abundance of light and endless lake views.  Separate quaters are abound throughout this beautiful home, yet spacious for all to feel close.  There is a great room with an oversized family sofa, bongos and congos for those feeling a beat, and adjacent to the fireplace is another living room area, with flatscreen, oversized L sofa, and tons of games, cards, Wii  for enjoyment.  The kitchen is loaded with amenities for cooking and baking and the dining area seats 6 comfortably with an additional 3 barstools and has a separate icemaker underneath the bar area to fill those beverages and coolers.  The upper level boasts 3 bedrooms, one king primary, one with a set of bunks and both rooms are adjacent to one another sharing a beautful deck with separate sliders.  The queen room has beautiful views, and includes private closet space.  There are two full bathrooms including an oversized bathtub on the upper level.  In the basement you will find a lovely room with a Queen/twin beds with floor to ceiling windows connecting you and the lake.  There is a .5 bath and sink barista area and a slider which opens to more exterior deck with a private outdoor shower and steps leading to the beach and dock area.  This home has lots of fans to provide cooling during the warmer months and a propane fireplace for those brisk summer evenings.  

Parking & Slip Use:
There is one slip available for your boat during your stay.  There cannot be any watercraft parking on the outside of the docks AT ANYTIME because weight and/or wind can completely detach the dock from the anchors to the rocks causing expensive damage. The Owners boat is using the other slip, please do not disturb.  One boat trailer can be parked off the road in the grassy area just past the home or in one of the parking spots next to the house in the gravel area.  There is also plenty of parking in the Marina.   There are 5 parking spaces available (2 on the driveway & 3 to the right of the property) There is NO STREET PARKING AT ANYTIME.

Kayak/SUP USE:  Require a liability release to be signed prior to use and require a whistle/life jacket at all times per lake enforced rules.  

If you desire to cast a pole, you can purchase worms at Albertsons or Ridley's in town.  Anyone over 14 requires a fishing license which you can purchase at the above mentioned stores.  Poles located in the garage are availble for your use.  You can fish right off the dock!

This property is subject to all Valley County ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.  Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM and are strictly enforced.

Each rental property includes a guest book with information and recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us directly.

Guest access codes and arrival information will be sent to guests one week prior.

*Must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent.

Pets: Undeclared pets are subject to possible eviction from the rental without a refund. 

Air Conditioning: Most vacation rentals in the McCall area do not have air conditioning.  When we have the warmest days in McCall, nights typically cool down enough to not need air conditioning.  If air conditioning is not listed on the amenities, the unit does not have air conditioning.  Most units will have fans in them.  Generally the best way to deal with the warm temps is to close all windows and shades in the day time, and then open the windows in the evening when it cools off.

 Note that all amenities are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. We will always do our best to offer all our amenities listed, but at times this is out of our hands and we can not give any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay or if an ammenity is under repair.

4 wheel drive highly recommended in the winter.  We are not responsible for any winter storm situations such as power outages, road closures etc.

Vacation Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
1.  At the time of Booking, these Terms & Conditions take affect.
2. Check In/Check Out. Renter may check-in to the Property after 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on the Arrival Date, and Renter must check-out of the property no later than 11:00 am MST on the Departure Date.
3. Non-Smoking Property. Smoking is prohibited. Evidence of smoking shall incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 and may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and eviction of Renter.
4. Credit Card and Damage Waiver Protection $99.00
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee ($99.00). The Damage Waiver covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
5. Payment of Rent.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent due, including taxes, damage waiver, cleaning fee and pet fee, if any, is due at the time of booking the reservation, if the reservation is booked within 30 days of the Arrival Date, then 100% payment is due at the time of booking.    
6. Cancellations.
(a) In the event the Renter cancels the reservation more than 31 days prior to the Arrival Date, a full refund will be honored but will be charged for credit card processing/fees.  
(b) In the event the Renter cancels the reservation 30-15 days before the Arrival Date, a 50% refund will be honored of the daily rate, and Renter will be refunded for the damage waiver/cleaning fee/linen fee, but will be charged for credit card processing/fees. 
(c) If Renter cancels 13 days before Arrival Date, no refunds will be honored. MIVR recommends that Renter purchase travel insurance separately to cover any potential cancellation costs.
7. Maximum Occupancy.
The guest shall not at anytime surpass the city mandated maximum occupancy.
8. No Daily Maid Service;  unless arranged prior to your stay.
(a) Daily maid service shall not be provided at the property, however it is available upon request no later than seven days prior to the Arrival Date for an additional charge.
(b) Towels and linens provided at the property must be kept inside and shall not be taken outside of the property. Spa/Beach Towels are provided during summer season.
10. Appropriate Age and Use of Premises. (a) Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense including false statements regarding the age of Renter will result in a forfeiture of any advance payments, including Security Deposit and Rental Fee.
(b) In the event that MIVR becomes aware of excessive noise or inappropriate conduct occurring at the property, MIVR shall notify Renter of it. If after one notification, Renter and any other guests staying at or visiting continue to engage in excessive noise or inappropriate conduct then MIVR shall have the right to terminate Renter’s stay immediately and retain the full amount of the Rental Fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event MIVR becomes aware of illegal conduct, this Agreement may be terminated immediately and MIVR shall retain the full amount of the Rental Payments.
11. Parking. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, applicable fines/towing fees, and such fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
12. Written Modifications Only. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by MIVR and Renter.
13. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction. The parties hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by Idaho Law and shall be decided solely and exclusively by courts located in Valley County, Idaho.
14. Fireplaces. Many rental units have a fireplace. Please use caution when using this fireplace and ask if you need any instructions or assistance. 
15. Road Conditions and Storm Policy. MIVR shall not issue any refunds of any amounts due or paid under this Agreement on account of storms or bad travel conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy, steep and slick throughout the winter. The property driveway is maintained throughout the winter.
16. Indemnification. The property is privately owned. McCall Idaho Vacation Rentals, LLC and the owner(s) of the property shall not be responsible or liable by reason of any damage or injury to property or person arising out of Renter’s use of the property, including any liability for injury to the person or property of Renter, Renter’s agents or Renter’s invitees. Renter agrees to hold MIVR and the owner of the property harmless and to indemnify them from any claims for damages or injuries that arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or that are caused by Renter or any of Renter’s agents, invitees, or pets.

Renter hereby agrees that Rental Fees  may be non-refundable pursuant to the cancellation policy and other terms set forth in this Agreement. Renter hereby acknowledges and agrees that he or she is aware of his/her right to purchase travel insurance.
