Welcome to your Bluebird Bungalow paradise.  Upon entry, you will find yourself walking through the fully gated yard and onto a gorgeous wrap around deck with lots of outdoor furnishings.  This home has an inviting nature that will surround you with endless comfort and style.  The floor to ceiling rock fireplace is located in the center of the main living area where all can feel an abundance of warmth.  There are lots of oversized soft pillows and throws.  The living area hosts a Wii game, DVD player and retro Nintendo. There are also lots of books, games, and puzzles for all to enjoy.  There are four oversized bedrooms with sleeping quarters that accommodate up to 10 people. In addition, there are extra linens, blankets and pillows available.  The kitchen area is large enough to gather, make meals and memories and is extremly stocked with ammenities. The yard provides a safe haven to gather and enjoy those warm summer days.  you can enjoy a firepit, outdoor games and patio furniture.  Feel free to fire up the grill or use the Traeger.  The two car garage is available for use.  There is also space for parking in the driveway (four parking spaces total).  Trailers can be arranged, but no RV's allowed.  There is no street parking at anytime. 

This home is situated near walking paths where you can exercise and bike.  It's in close proxmity to the McCall Golf Course, Ponderosa Park, downtown McCall and Payette Lake.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.  Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM and are strictly enforced.

Each rental property includes a guest book with information and recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us directly.

Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. 

Pets: Undeclared pets are subject to possible eviction from the rental without a refund. 

Air Conditioning: Most vacation rentals in the McCall area DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.  When we have the warmest days in McCall, nights typically cool down enough to not need air conditioning.  If air conditioning is not listed on the amenities, the unit does not have air conditioning.  Most units will have fans in them.  Generally the best way to deal with the warm temps is to close all windows and shades in the day time, and then open the windows in the evening when it cools off.

All amenities:  Note that all amenities are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.  We will always do our best to offer all our amenities listed, but at times this is out of our hands and we can not give any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.

4 wheel drive highly recommended in the Winter.  We are not responsible for any winter storm situations such as power outages, road closures etc.  Flashlights are provided in the event of a power outage.

Vacation Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
1.  At the time of Booking, these Terms & Conditions take effect.
2. Check In/Check Out. Renter may check-in to the Property after 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on the Arrival Date, and Renter must check-out of the property no later than 11:00 am MST on the Departure Date.
3. Non-Smoking Property. Smoking is prohibited. Evidence of smoking shall incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 and may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and eviction of Renter.
4. Credit Card and Damage Waiver Protection $79.00
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee ($79.00). The Damage Waiver covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

WHAT IS RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION?
Rental Damage Protection (RDP) provides coverage against accidental damage to the vacation rental property during your stay. RDP in most cases replace the need for a security deposit. When a traveler purchases this program, the RDP plan covers the traveler for up to the specified coverage amount ($3000) if the property or contents in the property are damaged during the stay. Coverage is subject to program terms and conditions.
WHAT IS THE ADDED VALUE T0 THE TRAVELER?
Travelers can alleviate their concerns with when or how much of their security deposit will be returned. The RDP plan reduces the risk of additional credit card charges, refunds and charge back issues while preventing the need to tie up hundreds of dollars of personal cash to cover security deposits. Travelers receive peace of mind knowing that if accidental damage occurs, they are protected.

WHAT DOES RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION COVER?
The RDP plan covers against accidental damage to the rental property and its contents. Examples include:
~Accidental broken lamp or broken furniture
~Accidental carpet spill
~Accidental broken glassware or broken appliances
~Accidental damage to hardwood floors
~Accidental pet damage in pet friendly unit

(b) Renter shall also provide MIVR with valid credit card information, and actual damage but solely in the event that Renter or Renter’s invitees cause actual damage to the property or the premises of the property and the repair cost for such damage exceeds the amount of $3,000.00.
5. Payment of Rent.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent due, including taxes, damage waiver, cleaning fee and pet fee, if any, is due at the time of booking the reservation, if the reservation is booked within 30 days of the Arrival Date, then 100% payment is due at the time of booking.    
Cancellations.  In the event that Renter cancels the reservation more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, then Renter shall pay a cancellation fee that is equal to 5% of the Rental Fee or $50, whichever is greater. In the event that Renter cancels this reservation within 30 days of the Arrival Date, then Renter shall owe, if not yet paid, the entire amount of the Rental Fee minus the amount of the damage waiver paid. MIVR recommends that Renter purchase travel insurance separately to cover any potential cancellation costs.
7. Maximum Occupancy.
The guest shall not at anytime surpass the city mandated maximum occupancy.
8. No Daily Maid Service;  unless arranged prior to your stay.
(a) Daily maid service shall not be provided at the property, however it is available upon request no later than seven days prior to the Arrival Date for an additional charge.
(b) Towels and linens provided at the property must be kept inside and shall not be taken outside of the property. Spa/Beach Towels are provided during summer season.
10. Appropriate Age and Use of Premises. (a) Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense including false statements regarding the age of Renter will result in a forfeiture of any advance payments, including Security Deposit and Rental Fee.
(b) In the event that MIVR becomes aware of excessive noise or inappropriate conduct occurring at the property, MIVR shall notify Renter of it. If after one notification, Renter and any other guests staying at or visiting continue to engage in excessive noise or inappropriate conduct then MIVR shall have the right to terminate Renter’s stay immediately and retain the full amount of the Rental Fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event MIVR becomes aware of illegal conduct, this Agreement may be terminated immediately and MIVR shall retain the full amount of the Rental Payments.
11. Parking. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, applicable fines/towing fees, and such fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
12. Written Modifications Only. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by MIVR and Renter.
13. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction. The parties hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by Idaho Law and shall be decided solely and exclusively by courts located in Valley County, Idaho.
14. Fireplaces. Many rental units have a fireplace. Please use caution when using this fireplace and ask if you need any instructions or assistance. DO NOT LEAVE THE FIREPLACE RUNNING OVERNIGHT OR UNATTENDED.
15. Road Conditions and Storm Policy. MIVR shall not issue any refunds of any amounts due or paid under this Agreement on account of storms or bad travel conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy, steep and slick throughout the winter. The property driveway is maintained throughout the winter.
16. Indemnification. The property is privately owned. McCall Idaho Vacation Rentals, LLC and the owner(s) of the property shall not be responsible or liable by reason of any damage or injury to property or person arising out of Renter’s use of the property, including any liability for injury to the person or property of Renter, Renter’s agents or Renter’s invitees. Renter agrees to hold MIVR and the owner of the property harmless and to indemnify them from any claims for damages or injuries that arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or that are caused by Renter or any of Renter’s agents, invitees, or pets.
