When you enter this home be prepared to walk into complete comfort.  The details in this home will provide you with a sense of being taken care of as its fully stocked and loaded with all of your vacation essentials. With plenty of room to spread out, this home boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bonus basement room with everything great, in addition a childrens loft with VHS/DVD movies, books and all kinds of games!  Whether you desire for the kids to have a designated play area and/or want to lounge these rooms are perfect for all the family to gather, join and relax.  There is a dry sauna for adult use and a soaker tub and what a wonderful way to warm up after hitting the days slopes.  You will feel as though the home has such a cozy layout with plenty of space for all your loved ones, family and friends to gather.  This home has a garage for use and can accomodate some smaller trailers carrying snowmobiles but please do contact us directly to make sure your haul will be accomodated.  This is a long time family second home and the owners are proud to be able to share this memory making home with you as you make memories of your own.  

When energized and ready to explore the local community, take a brisk 15 minute walk along sinuous streets and paths, adorned with sights of local deer to charming downtown McCall.  Just two blocks from downtown McCall, you will be centrally located to several restaurants, the lake and everything McCall.  Ponderosa State Park is one mile away.

We no longer charge a 500.00 security deposit to your reservation but rather a much lower one time cost of 79.00 for Damage Waiver protection.  This fee will be requested 30 days prior to your arrival and must be paid in full at that time.

WHAT IS RENTAL PLAY DAMAGE PROTECTION?
Rental Damage Protection (RDP) provides coverage against accidental damage to the vacation rental property during your stay. RDP in most cases replace the need for a security deposit. When a traveler purchases this program, the RDP plan covers the traveler for up to the specified coverage amount ($3000) if the property or contents in the property are damaged during the stay. Coverage is subject to program terms and conditions.
WHAT IS THE ADDED VALUE T0 THE TRAVELER?
Travelers can alleviate their concerns with when or how much of their security deposit will be returned. The RDP plan reduces the risk of additional credit card charges, refunds and charge back issues while preventing the need to tie up hundreds of dollars of personal cash to cover security deposits. Travelers receive peace of mind knowing that if accidental damage occurs, they are protected.
WHAT DOES RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION COVER?
The RDP plan covers against accidental damage to the rental property and its contents. Examples include:

~Accidental carpet spill
~Accidental broken glassware or broken appliances
~Accidental damage to hardwood floors

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.  Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM and are strictly enforced.

Each rental property includes a guest book with information and recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us directly.

Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. 

Pets: Undeclared pets are subject to possible eviction from the rental without a refund. 

Air Conditioning: Most vacation rentals in the McCall area DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.  When we have the warmest days in McCall, nights typically cool down enough to not need air conditioning.  If air conditioning is not listed on the amenities, the unit does not have air conditioning.  Most units will have fans in them.  Generally the best way to deal with the warm temps is to close all windows and shades in the day time, and then open the windows in the evening when it cools off.

All amenities:  Note that all amenities are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.  We will always do our best to offer all our amenities listed, but at times this is out of our hands and we can not give any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE FIREPLACE RUNNING OVERNIGHT OR UNATTENDED.

4 wheel drive highly recommended in the Winter.  We are not responsible for any winter storm situations such as power outages, road closures etc.  Flashlights are provided in the event of a power outage.
