Located just 8 minutes from the bustle of downtown, this beautiful custom home offers over 3100 sqft to spread out, relax and enjoy! Nestled in a private gated community, Blackhawk on the River provides scopes of breathtaking and endless long-range views. This two story up-to-date home with custom design offers endless class and comfort throughout and accommodates up to 12 guests. Family and friends can cook in the well-equipped chefs kitchen which offers seating at the high bar table, stools at the breakfast bar, and in the beautiful dining room to share meals and enjoy one another.
Choose to relax on the overstuffed sofa and take in the expansive views which the living area shares via gorgeous custom windows, grab one of the many throw blankets and enjoy the pleasure of a nice warm fire!
The master suite boasts a large walk-in closet, a beautiful custom shower, soaking tub, and luxury heated floors. Lounge on the chaise with a nice book and retreat into the comfort of this king suite, after a fun day in beautiful McCall. You can always enjoy a movie on the SmartTV provided.
The second and third bedrooms have queen size beds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom, each with its own vanity and walk-in closet where you will find plenty of linens, and a pak n play. The large bonus room upstairs has two sets of full bunk beds, couches, a SmartTV, and a full bathroom.
This home also offers a private office for your moments of reprieve or escape. In addition a full size laundry room, mudroom, walk in pantry, and a high chair for the littlle ones.
Toys and trailers are welcome as parking is ample on the large paved driveway and in the heated three car garage.
Outfdoors you can enjoy a built-in basketball hoop, an oversized fire pit, covered patio & BBQ grill. The backyard is the perfect place to take in a beautiful sunset or gaze at the mountains in the distance.
In the summer you can easily walk or bike to the river for fishing, floating, and trail walking and snowshoeing in the winter! The Rivertrail stretches 7.8 miles along the Payette located off of Evening Star lane.
We no longer charge a 500.00 security deposit to your reservation but rather a much lower one time cost of 99.00 for Damage Waiver protection. This fee will be requested 30 days prior to your arrival and must be paid in full at that time.
WHAT IS RENTAL PLAY DAMAGE PROTECTION?
Rental Damage Protection (RDP) provides coverage against accidental damage to the vacation rental property during your stay. RDP in most cases replace the need for a security deposit. When a traveler purchases this program, the RDP plan covers the traveler for up to the specified coverage amount ($3000) if the property or contents in the property are damaged during the stay. Coverage is subject to program terms and conditions.
WHAT IS THE ADDED VALUE T0 THE TRAVELER?
Travelers can alleviate their concerns with when or how much of their security deposit will be returned. The RDP plan reduces the risk of additional credit card charges, refunds and charge back issues while preventing the need to tie up hundreds of dollars of personal cash to cover security deposits. Travelers receive peace of mind knowing that if accidental damage occurs, they are protected.

We had a great time in Mccall and it was only made better by this house! It was clean, nice, homey and best of all relaxing. We really enjoyed just sitting on the back porch and reading and how quiet and peaceful it was! We also loved the fire pit and how easy it was to use. Everything about this house was well thought out and pristine and we would definitely stay there again!

Couldn't have been a finer vacation home for us to relax for the week. Proximity to town was perfect. Just a few minutes and you didn't know you were near the hustle of bustle of downtown McCall. Would be a perfect rental home for winter or summer stays! Julie was great to work with before, during and after our stay.

This property is subject to all Valley County ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM and are strictly enforced.

Vacation Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
1. At the time of Booking, these Terms & Conditions take effect.
2. Check In/Check Out. Renter may check-in to the Property after 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on the Arrival Date, and Renter must check-out of the property no later than 11:00 am MST on the Departure Date.
3. Non-Smoking Property. Smoking is prohibited. Evidence of smoking shall incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 and may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and eviction of Renter.
4. Credit Card and Damage Waiver Protection $99.00
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee ($99.00). The Damage Waiver covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

(b) Renter shall also provide MIVR with valid credit card information, and actual damage but solely in the event that Renter or Renter’s invitees cause actual damage to the property or the premises of the property and the repair cost for such damage exceeds the amount of $3,000.00.
5. Payment of Rent.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent due, including taxes, damage waiver, cleaning fee and pet fee, if any, is due at the time of booking the reservation, if the reservation is booked within 30 days of the Arrival Date, then 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations. In the event that Renter cancels the reservation more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, then Renter shall pay a cancellation fee that is equal to 5% of the Rental Fee or $50, whichever is greater. In the event that Renter cancels this reservation within 30 days of the Arrival Date, then Renter shall owe, if not yet paid, the entire amount of the Rental Fee minus the amount of the damage waiver paid. MIVR recommends that Renter purchase travel insurance separately to cover any potential cancellation costs.
7. Maximum Occupancy.
The guest shall not at anytime surpass the city mandated maximum occupancy.
8. No Daily Maid Service; unless arranged prior to your stay.
(a) Daily maid service shall not be provided at the property, however it is available upon request no later than seven days prior to the Arrival Date for an additional charge.
(b) Towels and linens provided at the property must be kept inside and shall not be taken outside of the property. Spa/Beach Towels are provided during summer season.
10. Appropriate Age and Use of Premises. (a) Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense including false statements regarding the age of Renter will result in a forfeiture of any advance payments, including Security Deposit and Rental Fee.
(b) In the event that MIVR becomes aware of excessive noise or inappropriate conduct occurring at the property, MIVR shall notify Renter of it. If after one notification, Renter and any other guests staying at or visiting continue to engage in excessive noise or inappropriate conduct then MIVR shall have the right to terminate Renter’s stay immediately and retain the full amount of the Rental Fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event MIVR becomes aware of illegal conduct, this Agreement may be terminated immediately and MIVR shall retain the full amount of the Rental Payments.
11. Parking. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, applicable fines/towing fees, and such fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
12. Written Modifications Only. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by MIVR and Renter.
13. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction. The parties hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by Idaho Law and shall be decided solely and exclusively by courts located in Valley County, Idaho.
14. Fireplaces. Many rental units have a fireplace. Please use caution when using this fireplace and ask if you need any instructions or assistance. DO NOT LEAVE THE FIREPLACE RUNNING OVERNIGHT OR UNATTENDED.
15. Road Conditions and Storm Policy. MIVR shall not issue any refunds of any amounts due or paid under this Agreement on account of storms or bad travel conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy, steep and slick throughout the winter. The property driveway is maintained throughout the winter.
16. Indemnification. The property is privately owned. McCall Idaho Vacation Rentals, LLC and the owner(s) of the property shall not be responsible or liable by reason of any damage or injury to property or person arising out of Renter’s use of the property, including any liability for injury to the person or property of Renter, Renter’s agents or Renter’s invitees. Renter agrees to hold MIVR and the owner of the property harmless and to indemnify them from any claims for damages or injuries that arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or that are caused by Renter or any of Renter’s agents, invitees, or pets.

13. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction. The parties hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by Idaho Law and shall be decided solely and exclusively by courts located in Valley County, Idaho.
14. Fireplaces. Many rental units have a fireplace. Please use caution when using this fireplace and ask if you need any instructions or assistance. DO NOT LEAVE THE FIREPLACE RUNNING OVERNIGHT OR UNATTENDED.
15. Road Conditions and Storm Policy. MIVR shall not issue any refunds of any amounts due or paid under this Agreement on account of storms or bad travel conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy, steep and slick throughout the winter. The property driveway is maintained throughout the winter.
16. Indemnification. The property is privately owned. McCall Idaho Vacation Rentals, LLC and the owner(s) of the property shall not be responsible or liable by reason of any damage or injury to property or person arising out of Renter’s use of the property, including any liability for injury to the person or property of Renter, Renter’s agents or Renter’s invitees. Renter agrees to hold MIVR and the owner of the property harmless and to indemnify them from any claims for damages or injuries that arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or that are caused by Renter or any of Renter’s agents, invitees, or pets.

Renter hereby agrees that Rental Fees may be non-refundable pursuant to the cancellation policy and other terms set forth in this Agreement. Renter hereby acknowledges and agrees that he or she is aware of his/her right to purchase travel insurance.
