This Beautiful townhome is located right near the Marina and downtown McCall hosting wonderful walking opportunities all around the area and is just a short drive away from Ponderosa State Park, where guests can Nordic ski and snowshoe during the winter and swim, hike & cycle during summer season!
This lovely home has an inviting, open floor plan, hardwood floors, stone hearth with propane fireplace, and vaulted beam ceilings and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably in four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property features two balcony's one located off of the master suite, and a larger balcony with living room access and gas grill. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and elegant granite counter tops with plenty of seating for all to enjoy while making memories together!
The garage has space for two cars parked tandem and has plenty of space for your recreation gear. This property does not allow any trailer/boat parking however, McCall’s boat parking lot is one block away where you can park safely for no charge.

It's mandatory to avoid using the driveway or trespass at ANY time at the property next door, security camera is posted on next door balcony. Next door neighbor will notify authorities if anyone trespasses.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM and are strictly enforced.
Each rental property includes a guest book with information and recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us directly.
Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
