This 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home backs to private endowment land where you are free to explore and will enjoy privacy as well as frequent visits from the fox, deer, elk and occasional bear who call this home.
Completed in December of 2012, this is brand new home with beautiful new furniture, appliances, electronics and linens. You will appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of this home upon arrival.
The main level features the living area with a propane fireplace and wifi, large flat screen TV with DVD player and DISH satellite tv, all set in front of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the back patio and forest. The dining area also overlooks the forest backdrop and has a very large table to seat 8 comfortably.
The gourmet kitchen is a cooks dream. A large Wolf range, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space with a large kitchen island with a second sink and under counter microwave oven make tihs a great place to cook and socialize.
Also located on the main level is the master bedroom. Set off the living room, the master bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Its private bathroom features two separate vanities, walk-in tile shower, large walk-in closet, and a private toilet.
A powder bathroom is located off the main entrance to the house.
The laundry room is complete with a large HE washer/dryer set and sink.
The back patio has a small cement patio with a propane weber BBQ, a table with seating for 4, and new patio furniture that surrounds the in ground fire pit to enjoy in the spring and summer months.
The second story of the home has 3 bedrooms and one dual vanity full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third bedroom is furnished as a den, with a sofa sleeper couch. The den includes a flat screen TV and DVD player, shuffle board table, Nintendo Wii, and plenty of board games. This room also has sufficient floor space to accommodate additional children.
The house is finished throughout with granite countertops, oil rubbed bronze hardware, carpet in all bedrooms and stairs, and hardwood floor on the main level.
The home has a 3-car garage as well as an additional parking pad on the driveway.

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units that are pet friendly, there will also be an additional fee charged for pets. Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from the rental without a refund. Please if it is a pet friendly rental to pick up after your pet inside the unit as well as outside.
Air Conditioning: Most vacation rentals in the McCall area DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. When we have the warmest days in McCall, nights typically cool down enough to not need air conditioning. If air conditioning is not listed on the amenities, the unit does not have air conditioning. Most units will have fans in them. Generally the best way to deal with the warm temps is to close all windows and shades in the day time, and then open the windows in the evening when it cools off.
